Since 1978 Maintco has provided remodeling and maintenance services to property management companies, financial institutions, individual residential homeowners, condominium owners and tenants, and commercial building owners and tenants.

Maintco’s President, Mike Royal, first joined Maintco in 1981 as a Project Manager. After four years of building solid relationships in the Greater Puget Sound, Mike purchased the company in 1985 to continue meeting the full-service needs of Maintco’s customers.
